Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: The time it takes to make these awesome products.
Although shipping is 3 - 5 business days, this does not include the processing of your order. We are a small team but we do try our best to provide a quick turn around of all orders. Being that our products are handmade, the processing time for most of our products is 3 - 5 business days (Monday-Friday).
Shipping Time: The time that your order is in transit to be delivered to you once it ships. Yay!
- United States: 3 - 5 Business Days
- Canada: 10 - 15 Business Days
- International: 20 - 30 Days
Once the processing of your order is complete, you will receive an email stating that your order is on the way. Once your order is in transit to you, a tracking number will also be sent to the email address on file.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 6-10 business days.
During the Holiday season orders will take 12-15 business days (Mon - Fri excluding holidays)
USPS is having delays due to shortage of workers and, the holiday season. Please be mindful that packages are not being scanned on time there is nothing that Hunzy by Télan Nator can do once packages are dropped with USPS. Please be patient as we process orders as fast as possible and USPS is doing the very best they can.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not be responsible for delays due to customs.
